Colleton River Plantation - Bluffton, South Carolina

 Colleton River Plantation, located on a beautiful expanse of the South Carolina low country, offers a Jack Nicklaus golf course and incredible coastal views. The club decided to completely renovate and expand its existing 42,000 square foot clubhouse in order to accommodate a new kitchen, formal and private dining areas, a 3,000 square foot banquet room, women and men’s locker rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a bar and grill in the men’s lounge. One of the more interesting aspects of the new club house design is the geothermal heating and cooling system that provides the club with an eco-friendly heat exchange system and long-term energy cost savings.
